Ruby debugger highlighting false-positives

Reproduction guide :beetle:

• Start Emacs
• Open a ruby file
• Add the line # byebug

Observed behaviour: :eyes: :broken_heart: The line is highlighted as a warning.

Expected behaviour: :heart: :smile: The line is not highlighted.
