Vterm shell doesn't open expectedly

When I use key sequence "M-m '" to open default shell, I got message "apply: Loading file ~/.emacs.d/elpa/29.1/develop/evil-collection-20240523.120/modes/vterm/evil-collection-vterm.elc failed to provide feature ‘evil-collection-vterm’", and shell doesn't open in new window.

• M-m '

Observed behaviour: :eyes: :broken_heart: log message show in minibuffer and shell doesn't show

Expected behaviour: :heart: :smile: no log message and shell open expectedly
