Org TOC links jump to first, not always matching heading

Org links in TOC (in org-mode) jump to first matching heading, not corresponding one

Reproduction guide :beetle:

• Start Emacs
• SPC h l auto-completion RET
• /key bind RET n (or click second "Key bindings" link in any other way)

Observed behaviour: :eyes: :broken_heart: You are now in the first heading named so

Expected behaviour: :heart: :smile: You should be in the second one
