Latex Layer eval-after-load: Symbol's value as variable is void: bibtex-mode-map

Reproduction guide :beetle:

• Start Emacs
• load latex layer
• open a latex file

Observed behavior: :eyes: :broken_heart: I get the warning eval-after-load: Symbol's value as variable is void: bibtex-mode-map If I want to open a tex file I need to open it twice, because the first time it fails. After it is opened, it is opened in Fundamental mode and autocompletion doesn't work. Also all the SPC m something command don't work. I always get a symbol not defined error

Expected behavior: :heart: :smile: Want autocomplete and all the nice features described in the latex layer.
