Is this module abandoned? #39

I see a pull request was merged but I haven't seen activity in Issues for quite a while. Just wanted to see if we could get an update on the status. Thanks!

@syl3r86 Hi sorry to boher , I also wanted to know if the form was abandoned or if you were going to take it back in hand.

Looks like the author just updated it to 0.5.1 but it is unclear what that update does. The author has no changelog and doesn't use the git release system. So maybe not abandoned it seems.
