:tell username\20with\20spaces does not work #67

I mean, if people are considerate enough to escape the username for us, we should at least dispaly their message for them

honestly we don't have any users with spaces anymore, and this would remove the edge case (very edge-case, i imagine) of users with backslashes in their names, or some other stupid shit. also, this is dumb
