A host of features will probably require some kind of external access or config. We should have either a miniature daemon in php, or just an external script communicating via db, to fulfill this

Since this comment I've been narrowing the scope of Ligrev, and I don't see this as necessary. Anything requiring Ligrev's data can use LCN.
