This should be able to take the minimum parameters: GPIO number Count

For the neopixels that are 144 per meter, there is no pads to solder onto. For these, I cut and then scraped the top layer, so to expose the copper to solder onto. This is for the the 120 neopixels per strand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYa7MfUcUzc
