Add search on Keyword #19

Briefly describe the proposed feature
Keyword= tag was added previously (I think in v0.60) to version 4 of the 
ModFile format. However it is currently non-functional.

Proposed functionality would be to allow for searches of keywords to be able to 
more quickly find a particular file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.75
