On mobile, the browser address bar doesn't hide when scrolling a static page down #22

On mobile, whereas the right pane normally triggers address bar auto-hide, the left pane does not.

In Chrome, there is an additional issue:

  1. Go to the right pane and scroll to make the address/menu bar disappear
  2. Go to the left pane -> the address/menu bar is not there and there is no way to make it come back

In Firefox, this additional issue doesn't occur:

  1. Go to the right pane and scroll to make the address/menu bar disappear
  2. Go to the left pane -> the address/menu bar comes back immediately and never disappears (I don't see why).
