Moving pages doesn't work when I'm logged in as a restricted user #33

When I log in, I see a list of pages that I can edit. The pages have subpages. When I want to move a subpage to another page with subpages, the modal window listing the pages where the move can be made is blank. It doesn't work. The same for Modules (via Modules plugin).

Any ideas how to enable move function? Thank you!
