Buttons "Show Arrows" not showing #136

Hi, It's been a very long time that I had this issue with Prat, it really bothers me but I played around it with page up/down. Recent update didn't fix it so here I am. Basically the option "Show Arrows" and "Show ScrollDown Reminder" aren't working and just display blank space for the former as shown in the following screenshots. Any idea of what causing it how to fix it?
