Chat Reply keybind doesn't work with Prat when trying to reply to Btag whispers #147

When I get a Btag whisper I don't get a whisper window tab anymore. I also cannot use the reply keybind (R) to start a chat back to the person who sent the whisper.

This also happens with in game whispers.
