Up/Down/Left/Right Arrows don't work in text entry box

Describe the bug In the text entry box I can't use up/down arrows to bring up prior messages sent or left/right arrows to move the cursor. This just started for me in the last week.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hit enter or / to bring up text entry box
2. Click up/down/left or right arrow buttons
3. No cursor movement or bringing up messages sent from history

Expected behavior If I use up or down arrows I can browse through previous messages I've sent. If I use left/right arrows I can move the cursor within the text I've typed.

This was user error, my addon was disabled.
