Does Prat Support Chat Reversal or Moving / Re-Anchoring Chat Tabs? #184

Hi there,

I don't see any documentation for these features and can't find them in the Prat config. Does Prat support reversing chat direction (top to bottom, instead of bottom to top), and does it support moving chat tabs to say, the side of the chatbox or just somewhere else?
