When set at 0% alpha, tabs will re-appear at 100% alpha after toggling UI

Describe the bug When set at 0% alpha, tabs will re-appear at 100% alpha after toggling UI. This is quickly resolved after hovering your mouse cursor over the chat box(es) in question, where the alpha will correctly reset back to 0%, or whatever you have set it to. This is still annoying to do every single time, however. When entering cut scenes or manually toggling the UI with (ALT + Z), this bug will trigger.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Under 'Display Settings', go to 'Tabs' and set either: 'Active Alpha' or 'Not Active Alpha' to 0%.
2. Toggle your UI by either entering a cut scene or pressing ALT + Z.
3. The chat tabs should now be reset to 100%, defying your custom setting.

Expected behavior I expect it to remember my custom alpha setting, regardless of my UI being toggled.
