Community channel message not appearing in chat frames #196

Describe the bug First of all, this is not a bug in Prat, but a bug in Blizzard's UI. However, I'm writing this to let you know that the "Memory" feature of Prat seems to accidentally fix this issue (when "Load Settings Automatically" is enabled). It may be worth looking into and potentially adding the part of the Memory feature that is restoring community channels as a dedicated, standalone module since Blizzard seems to be uninterested in fixing their own broken game.

I'm also writing this issue so that others who may encounter this who might think that Prat could be causing this can (1) know that it isn't Prat's fault, (2) that Prat can actually fix this, and (3) let you know in case someone else comes and reports this same issue in the future.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join a community (if not already in one).
  2. Add that community to a chat window (again, if you don't already have one) image
  3. Exit WoW completely. I could never manage to reproduce this with either a reload or a log out to character select. Exiting game reproduces it every time for me.
  4. Log back in.
  5. Send a message to that community (either directly in the Communities UI panel, or just through the chat frame using its assigned channel number). The message is sent and is visible in the communities UI, but not in the chat frame. When this happens, I observed that the only event fired when the message was sent is CLUB_MESSAGE_ADDED. CHAT_MSG_COMMUNITIES_CHANNEL did not fire.
  6. Remove and re-add the community to a chat window (as in the screenshot above).
  7. Observe that community messages now show up in the chat frame, and CHAT_MSG_COMMUNITIES_CHANNEL is once again being fired.

Addons you are running The issue happens with no addons because the bug is actually one with Blizzard's UI. As mentioned before, the Memory feature of Prat actually fixes this somewhat unrelated issue.
