highlight names show in green but no sound in chat/guild/anywhere.

Describe the bug Not a bug, but I don't know how to make highlights do sounds, i.e. if someone calls my name in guildchat it shows in green however there's no sound.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
