Chat Alerts (Flashing tab when new message) #96

So I was using ChatAlerts together with Prat before ChatAlerts was abandonded.

Basically, ChatAlerts lets specific chattabs flashing, if a new message arrives. Pretty handy for whispers or guild chats to not loose track of what is going on.

Concrete: For each tab, have a setting like: Flash tab when a new message arrives

At one point in time Prat did this. Will add it to the backlog.

Yeah thats the mentioned addon that is no longer working
