First changes for Patch 9.0.1 - Shadowlands Changed SetBackdrop to backdropInfo

This is one version of addon that needs to run on both classic and retail at same time. this patch has no compatbility with classic or even 8.3.7 in mind.

Sorry, I've only just seen that the addon also runs on Classic.

This version only runs from 9.0.1 - Shadowlands.

Sorry again, maybe you can use various pieces of code.
