Patch 9.0.1 Shadowlands #29

This is my third Patch for Shadowlands. This is a better version than the previous one.

Should works under old retail, classic and new Shadowlands.

Tested under retail.

Patch contains changes: SetBackdrop to ApplyBackdrop and a new variable "isShadowlands".
