Describe the bug
The localization for spanish is not working. How you set the localization for esES and esMX to be the same is not functioning. It just shows up in english. Maybe break it out into a separate esES and esMX locale file like the others? Or figure out why the current method isn't working.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Log on with the esMX or esES client.
