Battery voltage sampling needs averaging over time to prevent jitter #1

*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
Turn the unit on and observe the on-screen battery voltage display 

On some units, there is excessive ADC jitter, causing false low-bat alarms and 
generally looking ugly.

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?*
A nice stable battery voltage
