PPM multiplier needing to be 2.0 for normal trainer use "sux" #12

PPM in samples are recorded as effective 10-bit values (0-to-1024) whereas 
internal stick ADC samples and PPM out is 11-bit (0-to-2048). This results in a 
multiplier of "2.0" being needed on the PPMIN calibration page to make things 
works as expected. This I don't like.

Solution: Add a *2 to the (two?) places it will be required.

Added the two '*2's as expected and that did the trick nicely.
