Different splash screens for different hardware mod versions of firmware #20

Please describe the feature you would like added

Ampair (parkflyers.org.nz) inadvertently suggested that different splash 
screens should be made for each hardware version firmware.

That is, if you've downloaded the gruvin9x-stock.hex file, your splash screen 
probably shouldn't include the word "telemetry" -- as in the present, 
"telemetry series".

Please offer any specific implementation methods you might have in mine

Currently, there are four binary versions available for download: stock (no 
hardware changes), frsky-no-speaker, frsky-speaker and plain gruvin9x.hex, 
which has all of Gruvin's hacks. The latter will need to be replaced by a 
gruvin9x-hacked.hex, since the PCBV2/3 platform will become the default.

So that's, umm, probably five (5) different splash screens. No problem! :-P

Done, more or less.

I'm no artist, let it be known. But I tried to show the four main uses -- 
air-craft, boats and robotics.

The Makefile is adjusted to use the correct files -- results for PCB=V3 
unpredictable (I think they'll get the V4 one)
