V4.0 -- LED back light switching nonfucntional #46

The v4.0 LED back light circuitry was flawed, meaning the back light can never 
be turned off.

The chosen solution was to install an additional NPN transistor. All v4.0 
builders will have to do this to bring their boards to current 4.1 (and thus 
source code) design compatibility.

Cam has supplied images of all the mods needed so far. Please see the "Build 
Your Own Board" wiki page.
