System seems to lock momentarily every second or so #54

As at frsky r1088, the entire radio seems to pause -- things stop moving on 
screen and key entry auto-repeat stops -- for about 0.25 seconds, at about one 
second intervals. You can see it in the way the stick movements are displayed 
on screen as well as when holding down a button in auto-repeat fashion to 
change a setting.

This has only started in the last two to four or so commits.

When I revert my workspace it goes better. No idea of what/where is evil right 
now. Dichotomia today.

The EFile::swap method. It was used in async mode and I forgot it!
