EDIT FLIGHT PHASE -- cursor moves when not in edit mode (Name field) #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit any model
2. Navigate to EDIT FLIGHT PHASE screen
3. Select any phase and edit [MENU LONG]
4. While at NAME field, press [RIGHT] twice
5. Press [MENU] to enter edit mode

Note that the cursor has moved two column to the right, caused by pressing 
[RIGHT] twice, in step 4

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The [LEFT] and [RIGHT] buttons shoul donly be acitve if the field is in edit 
mode.

Same problem in SETUP screen, the model name line.
