"Working" or "Busy..." during model load operations #61

When we select a new model (load a new model) there is a momentary, 'unexpected 
lock-up' effect, where buttons will not respond to user actions.

If the user does not realise what is happening, they can become frustrated and 
started pressing buttons, etc. (In may case, I feared the whole system had 
crashed the first time I noticed it.)

A simple solution would be to have a pop-up window (much like the delete-model 
confirmation pop-up) saying something like "Working..." or "Loading..." or 
"Busy...".
