Design initial PCB.

Mandatory features are:

[ ] Accelerometer
[ ] ATMega328P
[ ] Oled Display
[ ] Battery holder
[ ] Interaction buttons (1 or 2 ?)
[ ] Device on/off switching
[ ] Battery voltage measurement
[ ] Programming interface
