UG - list and elist sections are unorganised

There is too much information provided to the user, due to the various parameters. They are not organised properly, hence users might be overwhelmed by the amount of information. Perhaps a table can be used to indicate the functionality of each parameter.

• Rejected, there is a structure to the description and this documentation style follows what is done conventionally in the wild (e.g. see Unix man pages, or git branch for a more familiar example)

Reason for disagreement: This style might follow the Unix style, however, the Unix man pages are read by those who are familiar with coding. However, the target users of this application are not people familiar with coding. They are those who plan events and so on, and they might be students who have not coded before. The long description under list and elist might be too overwhelming for them, and might deter them from using the application.
