Artist shop issues #169

1. I want to sell CDs of an album in my artists shop. I'm forced to add a file, 
why?
2. Selling goodies without considering varying shipping fees is problematical. 
If I want to sell a CD for 10€, my share is less than 4€. If someone from 
overseas orders a CD, my shipping fees are 6€.

My CD was added twice (waiting for moderation)! But I didn't finish the 
procedure! Right now I deleted one of the items.

I removed the unmoderated CD item some weeks ago. Some minutes ago I wanted to 
add it anew. Again I was asked to add at least one file... to a "goodie"??? I 
wasn't able to finish the process, and again the item appeared in my admin area 
with the following description:

An error occurred in the validation and/or encoding process of this item. 
Please delete it and start again. If the problem persists, contact us.

Now the third time that it doesn't work... my album "Spheres" isn't visible for 
weeks... RSS feed doesn't work... lot's of people complaining about stuck album 
moderation... poor communication....
