jamendo uploader is not available #408

Q: What steps will reproduce the problem?
A: 1. http://www.jamendo.com/en/upload/step1.1
   2. that's it
   3. one could change "en" to "ru" or "fr" or whatever

Q: What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A: no jamendo uploader at the page. it seems that upload3.jamendo.com is dead.

Q: What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
A: any

I am getting the same error on the 11/7/11. No Uploader on the page. This is on 
Windows 7 and I've tried in Firefox5, IE9, Chrome and Safari.
