Changing avatar to one from the provided gallery #429

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to change the avatar (My profile -> Your Avatar)
2. Picking one from the avatar gallery, confirmed with the 'use this avatar'. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Avatar in the big box by my user name to change to selected one or 
some kind of confirmation. 
Got: "The page or file you are looking for does not exist anymore or was moved. 
Please check that the URL is spelled correctly." Avatar by user name in the 
little drop-down menu changes, but links to profile from there do not work. 
Big-box avatar in settings is still as it was when I first registered.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using it on Firefox on Fedora.
