Vertical components should consider alternate locations for text display in ElectricCircuitsEditor #100

It might be nice to consider alternative locations for vertical components text/name/attributes. While working on #93, I realized that they cross the wires as shown below.

While it might be possible for some components. It might be unavoidable for components like OpAMP and FETs.
