Set circuit name to filename when importing netlist #83

It would be nice if the imported circuit (from a netlist) is named after the original filename.

It looks like there's no st. forward way to do this, blobclient metadata is inaccessible from the python plugin. See https://github.com/webgme/bindings/issues/23
