Example Usage Notebooks

It might be nice to add some jupyter notebooks showing some usage examples. May be some input from @volgy, @sandbornm and @vardhah would be helpful. The input I would need is for example.

• Mission Scenario: What do you want to do
• Seed Design: What is the seed design you want to perform it on
• Swap: Which components should be swapped from the seed design
• Sampling: How many samples?
• Output: Currently only dictionary of the output.csv is available. Should it change?
