Optional dependencies not mentioned in README. #515

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Rubyripper can optionally use 'sox' and 'cdrdao', however these are not 
mentioned in the README nor checked for in the configure script.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If these packages can be utilised by rubyripper, it should be mentioned along 
with mp3gain, eject etc.
