Just double checking there's not some particular reason this was left on a version that has the silverstripe-australia vendor namespace?

No issues here. The vendor name was changed across everything, however dependency versions haven't been updated to match (the plan was to do this over time rather than everything immediately, since this introduced the risk of breaking things).
