Fix design heuristics plot after discovering that submitted version used the old results (pareto_search_results.mat) with the wrong value of the young's modulus p.E, rather than the updated results (pareto_search_results 2 and 5). Also improve plot quality by adding more seeds, scaling, angular percentage rather than linear, and showing active constraints.
