Hydro coefficients cause power to exceed theoretical maximum #31

The capture width of the unsaturated device exceeds the theoretical maximum capture width for an axisymmetric body in heave. This can be seen by uncommenting lines 43-47 of dynamics.m. Using exact interpolated hydro coefficients for wamit (only available for the nominal design) fixes this problem - see commit. This implies that the deviation between the analytical hydro coefficients and the BEM hydro coefficients is to blame. image

image MEEM with N=20 does better but struggles at low frequency

the max period with much energy is 15s = 0.4 rad/s so this should be fine
