Needs to be updated so that:

cost per N is chosen to be realistic from literature
the powertrain force of the nominal design is used to subtract the cost of force from the default PTO cost, so that nominal cost validation is not messed up

Can also remove constraint F_ptrain_max/in.F_max - 1 > 0 because now F_max contributes to cost so will be minimized
