And how i can do this?

What do you want?

  1. To make custom-encoded pictures, go to platform you want to make on. E.g. Slack, Viber, Telegram…
  2. To encode a character in Unicode (read: on every general-purpose system)… they’ll probably reject! Less than a quarter of proposals will pass. The season is in spring, April-May, and the NEXT September they’ll come, if you’re lucky.
  3. If you want to make a custom design for existing emoji (3781 pcs as of U16), it’s hard. Draw, invent a licensing model, advertise on a very small market. But there IS a demand to legible high-contrast icons, maybe you’ll be lucky?

But why are you asking at a character table that’s designed to convey existing practice rather than set a new trend?

I didn't know where you could ask me. And can I find out the link to publish, That is, I want to release this on the keyboard in iOS and Android

So you want to add a character to Unicode. What character? I’ll estimate chances. No chances:

  1. Big additions.
  2. Flags.
  3. Texts.
  4. Overly specific: different types of pizza.
  5. Memes.

In April 2025 you’ll make a proposal, and in September 2026, in U18, you’ll get.

Like this but make like normal emoji 🤟✌️

Mercury13 commented 1 month ago

What? If you wrote these characters as text, they are ALREADY emoji, and no need. What is “normal emoji”? There are two hands that are going to be released soon: some Turkish salute and figa/dulya/shish/kukish (Russian rude “nope”).

If you want to make a custom emoji style (“like normal emoji” — you probably meant that iOS emoji are the best), draw really nice emoji, write a JS library and invent licensing terms, and maybe you’ll get customers. There IS a demand for beautiful legible emoji, but it’s really hard to do that right. It’s tempting to use not-so-good but freeware/libre emoji.
