Not able to send transaction with encrypted message #236

Steps:

  1. Create a wallet and send some funds.
  2. Go to transfer view
  3. Fill recipient address (with known to network public key - with outgoing tx) , amount, message.
  4. Try use "Encrypted" checkbox

Result: View hangs, fee selector goes into infinite spinning

Expected result: Should be possible to send transaction with encrypted message

@bassemmagdy currently Fee selector is spinning after opening view. User can think that something is not right. Could we fix that?

Steps:

  1. Go to dashboard
  2. Click "Send" button
  3. Fee is spinning until we will provide both recipient and amount.
