Display current account importance in Harvesting Page #239

@bassemmagdy Something is wrong with the refreshing of view.

Steps:

  1. Create two accounts in mobile wallet. First with importance > 0 and the second with importance = 0.
  2. Switch to account with importance = 0.
  3. Go to harvesting page.
  4. Switch accounts
  5. Presented importance is still 0. It's presented from previously selected account.
