Jenkins pipeline setup

We have completed the Jenkins CI/CD pipeline as a code for the mobile-wallet for both IOS and Android

• It uploads the signed IOS artefact to the TestFlight and makes Android artefact available to download.
• By default, it runs whenever there is a change only in the dev branch
• Can be run manually (for any branch) for Android only, IOS only or both
  • See the image below
• All secrets (passwords, credentials) are stored in the Jenkins Credentials Store and automatically masked.
• It's now using Apple connect API (with keys)
• Min target IOS version is set to 14.
