feat: add the app version check and update message

New functionality request The wallet should notify the user when a new version is available in the App / Play Store.

What's the change Android:

• Added In-App Update native module.

iOS:

• Added the method to fetch the latest app version from iTunes API.
• Compare this version with the current (installed) app version CFBundleShortVersionString.
