hotfix: fix corrupted paper-wallet backup and sdk upgrade #303

What the current behaviour is. The Paper Wallet backup file is corrupted. Private key data is not readable.

Why this is an issue. This may result in the loss of access to the account.

What's the fix.

Fixed in https://github.com/symbol/wallets-lib/pull/4
Replaced symbol-paper-wallet dependency with wallets-lib.
Updated Realm version.

Includes: #282

symbol-sdk version is upgraded to v1.0.3
package version is updated to 1.4.1
changelog is updated

NOTE: After this change Node.js version should be 12.1.0 or above
