[sdk]: migrate from typescript-javascript to the new javascript SDK #311

As of January 2022, this SDK has been deprecated. We will need to migrate from the old SDK to the new one. My suggestion is to tackle this alongside the wallets-lib integration, unit tests and additional monorepo work.
