Symbol Wallet #1100

Can not login on my MacBook Pro IOS anymore to my Symbol Wallet, and doing it on my phone my wallet is empty. Is there some problems with the XYM now or? A friend of mine can login and also his XYM is missing.

My XYM gets back to my computer and they are trying to get them back on my app in my phone the ticket gets closed and my XYM go away. So they are lost again!😫

Hi,

Since you cannot get onto Discord,

  1. go to https://symbol.fyi/
  2. enter your symbol account address to see your account info.
  3. Let me know if it looks correct.

Hi, I´ t written account type Unlinked, so can it be that? Remember support is telling me that I need to link it, but was not able to do it then. And zero XYM there!

The account type does not matter. If you see zero XYM, verify you are looking at the correct address.

There should be a section called "Transactions", which shows all the transactions for that account, including transfers in and out of the account.
